In 2012, while touring with André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra, the duo Cynthia Knoch and Stéphanie Detry met. Ten years later, Coucou Salon was launched from the floor. The first programme, "LOVE", is now live, and there will be many more to follow. The most recent show, Winter Blues, a swinging classical crossover show, will premiere in January 2024. Performing artist Cynthia Knoch and multi-instrumentalist and tap dancer Stephanie Detry are both passionate about musical theatre and classical music. They boldly fuse light classical repertoire, jazz standards, musical comedy, and songs from the latest charts in a way that is unconventional but always entertaining.
They have chosen a repertoire with recognisable songs for their shows and invite people to share a moment of joy, sadness and laughter, or even, once in a while, to be speechless.
